BLOUNT DRIVING TUITION

You, the pupil, must promptly make clearly known to your instructor any medical condition or other effect that may impair your ability to drive.
Ian Blount , your Instructor, will then take the appropriate action to conform to his legal or moral obligations.

If there is any damage caused to the vehicle by the pupil eg. Being sick or spilling drinks etc. the pupil will be held responsible and liable for any cleaning costs and loss of earnings.

In the case of damage or marking to clothing as a result of coming into contact with areas of the vehicle subjected to road dirt , brake dust , mechanical oil and grease, whilst partaking in the “ Show me tell me” section of the course or Practical Test , Ian Blount will not be held responsible.
“Show me tell me” and Practical Test may involve lifting the bonnet for which gloves are provided if requested.

Payment for lessons must be made one week in advance . All block booking payments are non refundable .In exceptional circumstances and at the instructors discretion any refunds that are to be made should be done directly from the instructor to the pupil.
If you have chosen to undertake driving tuition this agreement is between you and Ian Blount.

Cancellations should be made 48 hours prior to the lesson. Failure to give this cancellation period will result in the lesson fee being chargeable. Ian Blount reserves the right not to charge in exceptional circumstances.
All cancellations are to be made direct by telephoning the instructor.
Absence from driving for a period of 3 months or more will terminate any agreements between you and the Instructor. Further lessons will be able to be booked , however all previous offers given will be void and a new booking period will begin
In the case of unforeseen delays such as traffic etc., Ian Blount allows 15 minutes grace for himself and the pupil to adhere to the arranged appointment. In the event of a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle in which you are learning to drive , or for any other reason , the instructor reserves the right to rearrange a driving lesson to a time convenient to the pupil and the instructor. Ian Blount reserves the right to refuse a driving lesson or terminate a driving lesson should the pupil be under the influence of alcohol or any other substances that would contravene road safety.
A Driving Test can only be booked with the full consent of the driving instructor. Ian Blount reserves the right to withdraw his car for Driving Tests without notice should the instructor consider the pupil not to be up to test standard. 

All Pupil data i.e; Driver Number, Telephone Numbers, Emails, Date of Birth and Training records for the pupil used by Ian Blount will be destroyed or returned at pupil's request when their pass the driving test or termination of lessons.

On return to lessons new records will begin and these above pupil data may be requested for by Ian Blount as proof of being fit and able for driving tuition.

All data collected will not be given out to third party and will be kept in a locked box only accessible by Ian Blount.
